Southwire Tech Hub

Southwire Tech Hub
WORKPLACE
Overview
Located within The Battery at Atlanta Braves Stadium, Southwire's Workplace Innovation Hub was conceived as a destination between the company's roots and its future. Designed to attract emerging talent from Atlanta's leading universities while strengthening culture across the organization, the 20,000 SF workplace reimagines how a nearly century-old manufacturing company presents itself to the next generation. The design draws inspiration from founder Roy Richards' commitment to investing in his hometown, translating Southwire's history of innovation, craftsmanship, and community into a modern workplace experience. Warm timber elements, historical artifacts, industrial materials, and collaborative environments come together to create a space that feels both familiar and forward-looking. The result is a workplace designed to inspire connection, celebrate legacy, and position Southwire for the future of work. Led by SPACES founder Zak Stanton while at ASD|SKY, the project demonstrates how thoughtful workplace design can translate brand heritage into a compelling vision for the future.
