Novo Cucina

Novo Cucina
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Overview
Conceived as an immersive contemporary Italian dining experience, Novo Cucina’s second location layers bold materiality, sculptural architectural moments, and atmospheric hospitality design into a restaurant that feels both refined and deeply social. The project blends industrial undertones with richly expressive Italian influences through lacquered surfaces, patterned tile, smoked glass, plaster textures, and curated lighting sourced directly from Italy. Designed around the energy of gathering, dining, and lingering, the restaurant balances darker intimate moments with softer open-air social spaces across two distinct levels. Spaces developed the project through concept strategy, spatial planning, hospitality-focused detailing, and material direction, shaping an environment that unfolds through contrast and mood. The first floor centers around a floating bar framed by overhead greenery and rippled smoked glass, surrounded by layered tile compositions, maroon wine shelving, and warm wood ceilings that create a dramatic yet inviting dining atmosphere. Above, a lighter countryside-inspired palette introduces flowing velvet drapery, operable openings, and flexible social spaces designed to evolve from daytime dining into evening hospitality. The result is a contemporary hospitality destination rooted in craftsmanship, atmosphere, and the evolving culture of modern Italian dining.
